THE JANUARY PILATES CHALLENGE

Starting Wednesday 3rd January

Designed to bring fun and mindful movement to you at home.

Suitable for all levels, whether you're a complete beginner or you've been practising pilates regularly, we can't wait to see you on the mat. 

 

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

3x weekly 20-30 minute zoom pilates classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 7:30am throughout the month of January (3rd - 31st)

The 14 classes will include a combination of full body flows as well as more focussed upper body, lower body and ab focussed classes. You can expect to work your whole body each week

The recordings of all the classes will be sent out later that day for you to catch up on in your own time if you're unable to make the live class (or fancy doing it again)

Weekly nutrition tips and tricks from Lottie as well as a new recipe each week

Together, we'll experience the incredible results that a consistent Pilates practice can provide, transforming both your mental and physical health

FAQ

DOES IT MATTER IF I'VE NEVER DONE PILATES BEFORE?

Not at all, the challenge is suitable for all levels. Whether you're a complete beginner, getting back into exercise or a pro, these classes are suitable for all. 

DOES IT MATTER IF I MISS A LIVE CLASS?

Not at all, we will record the classes and share the recording link so you can catch up in your own time. 

WILL I NEED ANY EQUIPMENT?

Just yourself, a mat, comfortable clothes to move in and some water if you need it. You're welcome to use hand/ankle weights if you'd like but these aren't necessary.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE CLASSES?

You'll receive an email every Sunday with the weekly schedule and zoom links will be shared each morning before the live class. Zoom recordings will be emailed to you after the class which you'll have access to until 31st January.
